Windsurf Courses

Our windsurfing lessons can run from one of two locations in Exmouth, Devon. When you choose Waterfront sports to teach you to windsurf, you will be amazed that during your first windsurfing lesson you are actually sailing across the wind and turning around !!

Our windsurfing school is RYA registered and has been teaching windsurfing in Exmouth since 1985. We make sure we keep up with the latest teaching methods and equipment; we were a pilot centre for the new RYA Fast Forward coaching method and we update our equipment continuously.

Recreation Ground

One location we have available to us is around the recreation ground near the swimming pool. This is locally known as the 'Duck Pond', Our facility here is purpose built with indoor changing rooms and warm showers, so on those colder days we like to choose this location for our teaching.

Seafront, Orcombe Point

This is my favorite location, on the beach!!. We have a wonderful location at the very Eastern point of Exmouth Seafront. Golden Sand and wonderful clear sea. We have a teaching venue here that allows you to experience the open sea in a safe and controlled manner. Then once you have finished you can chill out on the beach, this is also the best location when you have other family members that want to be around when you are having your windsurfing lesson.
