Marathon Event 3rd-4th July

Exmouth to Torquay, Marathon Cruise.

I am planning an event to coincide with the Exmouth Regata weekend this year. We are going to organise a group sail/race from the seafront towards Torquay ( This maybe trimmed back to Teignmouth depending on the forecast ! )

 

We are limiting the entrant numbers to 300 and its first come first served so get your tickets early.

We are trying to get a load of demo gear and also a tech talk from some pro's.

For those who are beginners and a little worried about sailing off the seafront, there will be a lot of experienced sailors and also safety boat cover around, so no more worrying.

 

All participants will be entered into a free prize draw for some fantastic prizes.

Entry Fee : £10

SATURDAY 10am	Arrive Exmouth and register at the Waterfront Sports Tent on the beach.
10:30am	Will we race Saturday or Sunday ??. The decision to race today or move it onto Sunday will be made. Where will we race to ??.
11:00	RACE BREIF ( Must be attended before racing )
12:30am	Race Start.
16:30am	All home for the Barbecue and Pro Talk.
19:30am	Out on the town !!!
